Jim Ruebsam, CIRMS, EBP
Senior Vice President
Jim Ruebsam, CIRMS, EBP is a Director and Senior Vice President at The Daniel & Henry Company, where he leads the community association insurance team. He holds the Community Association Insurance and Risk Management Specialist (CIRMS) and Educated Business Partner (EBP) designations from the Community Association Institute (CAI). He has served two separate terms as President of the Heartland Chapter of CAI and currently serves on the chapter Board of Directors. Jim is a frequent speaker on community association insurance and risk management issues both in the Midwest and across the country. In his career, he has served hundreds of community association clients and currently is leading a growing team of professionals dedicated to the industry.
Jim graduated magna cum laude from the Missouri School of Journalism, with a focus in Strategic Communications. He worked several years in the advertising industry, eventually becoming a large accounts manager for Fortune 500 insurance and financial services clients before joining Daniel & Henry in 2007. He has three children and enjoys backpacking, fishing, and adventuring around the world.
Danny Dragicevic
Vice President
Danny Dragicevic is a Vice President at Daniel and Henry and a key member of the community associations team. With a laser-focused approach on community associations, he offers unparalleled service, leveraging his profound industry knowledge and designing comprehensive risk management programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
A proud alumnus of Lindenwood University, Danny brings a wealth of experience to the table, with over 16 years dedicated to the realm of Commercial Insurance. His career journey includes a pivotal stint at Philadelphia Insurance, where he honed his expertise in the intricacies of insurance for large habitational programs. This experience was crucial as he transitioned into the role of an insurance broker, further solidifying his reputation as a trusted advisor in the industry.
Beyond the professional realm, Danny leads a rich and fulfilling personal life. Married and a father to two children, he finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. An avid sports enthusiast, Danny enjoys golf, pickleball, and soccer, embodying the spirit of teamwork and determination both on and off the field. His passion for travel is intertwined with a commendable mission — conquering the 6 World Major Marathons. With just the Boston Marathon left on his list.
Danny’s commitment to making a difference extends beyond his personal and professional endeavors. Alongside his wife, he has spearheaded charity initiatives that have raised an impressive $350,000 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. This remarkable achievement reflects Danny’s deep-seated belief in giving back to the community and making a lasting impact on the lives of those in need.
Steve Doores, PCAM, MBA
Director of Community Association Client Service
Steve has worked with community associations and new construction communities for nearly 20 years and has received his CMCA, AMS, and PCAM certification through Community Association Institute (CAI). The Professional Community Manager (PCAM) is the highest professional recognition in the country available for association management professionals. Seeking to apply his expertise in a new role, Steve made the transition to insurance industry and is working at The Daniel & Henry Company, helping improve customer service for the firm’s hundreds of association clients.
In his free time, Steve enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends. Whether that is going to a festival in St. Louis, learning more about the local restaurants, local craft breweries, or checking out the local sports teams. Steve is also an avid reader of nonfiction and fiction. Steve has been married to his wife, Beth, since 2013. They have two children (Francesca and Michael) and a dog named Ginger.
Stephanie Crider, CIC
Senior Account Executive
Stephanie Crider is a Senior Account Executive on the community association team at The Daniel & Henry Company. She brings 25 years of insurance and customer service experience, most recently as a Vice President of Client Services at a major international insurance brokerage. In her role at Daniel & Henry, she is primarily responsible for delivering high quality service to clients, functioning as a consultant for risk evaluation, insurance program design and market strategy. Stephanie is tasked with ensuring that the best possible solution is delivered to our clients in a high quality and timely manner. Stephanie has specific expertise in complex property insurance programs and assists on larger accounts.
Stephanie began her insurance career in San Diego, California after her military service in the United States Navy. Stephanie has an associates degree from Eldorado College. She also has a Certified Insurance Counselor, CIC, designation.
Keith Brown, SBP
Business Development
Keith has worked for nearly 25 years in the area of Disaster Restoration and Repair, as a Business Development Manager calling on potential clients in property management and the insurance industry before retiring in 2020 and coming to work part-time as a consultant for Daniel & Henry. Keith has been an active member of the Heartland Chapter of CAI since 2008 as a Business Partner and has served on several committees as well.
Donna Cannon
Vice President of Commercial Claims and Loss Control
Donna leverages over 20 years of industry experience to lead a dynamic team focused on minimizing risks and managing claims efficiently. In this role, Donna is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the company’s commercial claims operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing innovative loss control measures to enhance customer satisfaction and financial performance.
Donna’s expertise in the insurance sector spans a broad range of disciplines; including claims management, risk assessment and workers compensation. Prior to joining Daniel & Henry, she held senior leadership positions with prominent insurance firms, where she was instrumental in reducing loss ratios and improving operational efficiencies through the adoption of advanced technologies and data analytics.
Donna is a strong advocate for continuous improvement and professional development, she has spearheaded training programs aimed at upskilling staff and fostering a culture of excellence within her teams. Her commitment to excellence and strategic vision has earned her recognition as a thought leader in the industry.
In her spare time, Donna enjoys mentoring young professionals, volunteering in community outreach programs and spending time with her family. Her dedication to both her professional and personal endeavors reflects her belief in the importance of balance and giving back to the community.
