Wanted to say thank you to First Service Residential in Kansas City, especially Christine Lentz (President) and Jennifer Bishop for allowing us to attend your vendor expo at your Board Forum event. With nearly 200 Board members in attendance at the event, there was a lot of activity during the vendor expo and the focused group discussions in the evening. In between, there was a panel of local attorneys answering questions from Board members in attendance, with an attorney from Saint Louis on the panel — Todd Billy, CCAL. Along with Cathy Roth-Johnson CAI Heartland CED, I was grateful to be able to spend some time talking with a number of wonderful community association managers from First Service Residential after the event and learn more about what current issues they are facing in the Kansas City market. Looking forward to being able to attend the event next year!
