We had a great time at the CAI Trade Show in Saint Louis and we are grateful for all of the Board members, unit owners, business partners and colleagues who stopped by our booth to talk about the current insurance market for associations, how a Board can best prepare for an upcoming insurance renewal, or learn more about our new Condoinsure.com website. Our own Jim Ruebsam, CIRMS, EBP was a presenter at the educational program prior to the trade show (along with attorney Todd Billy, CCAL and Ross Hardy, RS) and was part of the on-going discussions at our booth along with Danny Dragicevic and Steve Doores, MBA, PCAM, EBP.
