According to a recent article posted online (2/14/25) by Carrier Management, residential and commercial construction costs saw dramatic increases over the past ten years (2014 to 2024) according to research done by Trich Hopkinson, the head of 360Value at Verisk. Residential constructions costs increased 63.7 percent during this time frame while commercial construction costs rose at a similar pace with an increase of 58.4 percent.
